Allow us to introduce Lesley, our esteemed new addition to the Woodlands Care Home team. Lesley brings with her a wealth of experience, having served as the manager of our company's flagship home in Edinburgh since 2021 before transitioning to our esteemed establishment.

With a background as a qualified nurse, Lesley's expertise primarily lies in intensive care and specialist peritoneal dialysis nursing, honed during her tenure at the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. Motivated by her profound admiration for the older generation, Lesley is deeply committed to ensuring that residents at Woodlands Care Home enjoy a rich and meaningful life during their golden years.

In her role as home manager, Lesley places a strong emphasis on staff development and advancement, viewing ongoing education as pivotal in delivering high quality care and support to residents and their families. She fosters a collaborative environment, working closely with residents and their families to ensure that their needs are met with the utmost compassion and professionalism.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Lesley's personal interests include a passion for Italian cuisine, cultivated during her twenty-year residence in Italy. As she settles into life in Edinburgh and now Aberdeen, Lesley eagerly anticipates exploring the city with her two beloved dogs.
